What are the bounce house rules?
To keep our bounce house clean and safe, we do not allow shoes, sharp objects, face paint, food or drinks, or gender reveal dust.

Due to staining, we do not set up at events that offer face painting.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Any damages, beyond normal wear and tear, as well as staining will result in addition fees to repair or replace.
Is there a deposit?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book your rental. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your rental. If you need to cancel your rental, the deposit will be held and can be applied to a new date in 2024.
What if there is bad weather?
Unfortunately, weather is unpredictable but to keep the bouncers and the bounce house safe our Bad Weather Policy states inflatables must be deflated when winds hit 15 mph. We also do not set up in the rain. If it is raining or is predicted to rain the day of your event, your deposit will be held and can be applied to a new date in 2024.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your rental, we will hold your deposit and it can be applied to a new date in 2024. We appreciate advance notice if possible.

Delivery and set up is FREE in the Huntingdon and surrounding areas. If your booking is 35 miles outside of Huntingdon, we do add a travel fee to your booking. If you would like to know how much extra it will be, please contact us.
When is set up and tear down?
We deliver and set up 30/45 minutes before your event. Pick up is at the end of your scheduled rental.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to an outlet is required for all events as we do not offer generators.
